Do my photos leave my device?

Edge detection, perspective correction, and PDF creation run in your browser. Nothing is uploaded unless you use a separate flow that explicitly sends files to the server.

Why do I need HTTPS or localhost?

Browsers only expose the camera on secure origins. Use this page over HTTPS or on your local development host.

Can I scan several pages?

Yes. After each capture you can add another page, then download one PDF that contains every page in order.
