Will the layout and tables match the PDF?

Plain text does not keep columns or complex layout. You get continuous text with page breaks approximated by blank lines when pages were read separately. For tables, expect line-based output rather than a spreadsheet structure.

Why does my scan look imperfect?

Scanned pages are read visually. Small type, skew, handwriting, or poor contrast can reduce accuracy. Spot-check important names, numbers, and legal wording against the original.

Files are removed from processing storage shortly after the run completes, in line with our usual tool retention. Do not upload documents you are not allowed to share.
