Will every corrupted file be fully recovered?

No. Recovery depends on how much data is still readable. Heavily truncated or encrypted files may not rebuild. When we cannot recover safely, you will see a clear message instead of a broken download.

Can you fix a broken ZIP or Office document?

Many Office files and EPUBs are ZIP packages. We try to rewrite the archive structure so you can open or re-save them. If the underlying data is too damaged, repair may not be possible.
